VANNI
VANNI is a lively music group based in Finland. Our music takes influence from hip-hop, soul and funk and has drawn elements from ethno music to make an intriguing ensemble that breaks boundaries. Our live performance leads you from lyrical spoken word into the wild funky rhythms. Relatable stories and mesmerising grooves take you through an emotional journey of love, passion and grief. Session has an improvised part that includes the audience in deciding the topics and a mood that the band will create into a wholesome experience. Languages of performance are Finnish and English. Our live set consists of our own published and unpublished material with improvised parts.
