Proto-Torvinen combines post-punk, classic rock and pop aesthetics of past decades. Torvinen likes synthetic sounds, weirdness and electrical devices. Often he performs alone with an electric guitar, echo device and his Roland sampler, sometimes he is accompanied by a skillfully trained backing band that Torvinen put together during his previous album. Proto-Torvinen’s fourth album “Elvis… henk.koht.” will be published in May 2025.
